The intention for this workshop is to encourage connection with yourself, the community and with the surrounding space. Using collective vocal exercises, storytelling through song, creative prompts for community engagement, this workshop offers the medicine of connection through sound and music. All activities are an invitation; you are the main guide of your experience so you can expect to feel within your personal comfort level within this workshop. You do not need to have any musical abilities to enjoy this experience!

This workshop introduces participants to exercising beyond reps & sets. By reconnecting to the body’s basic, instinctive motions (crawling, deep squat patterns, coordination drills), participants will learn exercises that improve flexibility, mobility, strength, and coordination.

The workshop will explore how these movements enhance overall life function, helping individuals move with greater ease in their daily activities. The session further emphasizes improving posture, reducing pain, preventing injury, and building a foundation for lifelong movement health.
