Poetry is more than words—it’s a bridge between the body, mind, and emotions. Its rhythm mirrors our heartbeat, breath, and inner coherence, creating a deeply somatic experience. Like somatic healing, where emotions and trauma are stored in the body, poetry allows us to shape, express, and release what we hold inside.

This workshop blends storytelling, performance, and guided writing exercises to explore Somantics—the fusion of language and embodied healing. Through metaphor and creative expression, you’ll gain confidence in sharing your written word, transforming anxiety and past experiences into poetry that resonates.
This is more than writing—it’s a poetic journey home to yourself.
