With 10 years of teaching experience, she began her journey as a yoga instructor and has since expanded into Pilates and strength-style movements, discovering the perfect combination of practices that complement my active lifestyle. Throughout the years, she's learnt to create dynamic, creative sequences that inspire her students to move with intention and power. Her teaching is rooted in strong cueing and music that enhances the experience, helping students get out of their heads and into their bodies for a deeper connection to movement.
What truly inspires her as a teacher is watching her students embrace the challenge of movement, and how it translates into building strength, resilience, and mindfulness both in and out of the studio. Movement has taught her the invaluable lesson of actively choosing discomfort and using that practice to better manage life’s challenges. Her goal is to guide her students in learning how to embrace this process and carry those tools into the world around them.
