Michelle is a restorative yoga teacher who believes that the body holds the deepest truths of the self. With a keen sensitivity to movement, breath, and subtle sensation, she creates an experience where one can slow down, tune in, and reconnect. Her classes are a sanctuary, a space where every micro-movement, every inhale and exhale, is honored as part of a larger journey inward.
Guiding others into deep states of relaxation, Michelle blends somatic touch, presence, and nature-inspired elements to create a practice that is both grounding and expansive. With a passion for helping others f-e-e-l - to truly inhabit their bodies, she teaches with detail, care, and an intuitive understanding of what each person needs in the moment.
Beyond the mat, Michelle is fascinated by the subconscious mind and its influence on daily life. Currently training in hypnotherapy, she integrates its wisdom into her work, helping individuals unlock layers of awareness beyond words. Known for her ability to read movement and expression with profound sensitivity, she invites one to explore themselves with curiosity and depth—one breath at a time.
